  • Ensure smooth operation of systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management and back office support.  

  • Create and collate pre-listing, listing, pre-buy and buyer packages.

  • Apply fresh content for your website, blog and social media accounts that will attract potential clients.  

  • Update information on MLS to reflect the current property status and manage listings on your website.

  • Research recent sales, available properties, check legal names, and property information on MPAC and GeoWarehouse and create a CMA.

  • Update MLS.  

  • Organize your pop-by gifts.
